WHAT THE FOUNDATION IS FUNDING

The Splash Foundation Board of Directors recently approved our budget for 2018/19.  Based on teacher requests, we are initially funding $106k for teaching aides and other programs and activities that will enhance educational opportunities for all children at Concordia!  We still have close to $25k that will be allocated for additional programs and activities over the course of the school year.  Thank you for your generous donations and continued support that make all of this possible!   

2018/2019 SCHOOL YEAR FUNDING PROGRAMS:

$77, 738 for 6 instructional aides in Art, Computer Technology, Reading, Science, Makerspace, and the library!

$10,300 for YMCA's PE program

$12,111 for our early stage writing program, "Write From the Beginning & Beyond"

$2,000 for Makerspace training, projects, and materials

$5,000 for ST Math, an app-based, early stage math program

$1500 for our Science Night

$364 for 5th Grade Maps

$499 for 1 year of Mystery Science Subscription

$364 for Watch DOGS (Dad’s of Great Students)

This Technology and Instructional Support directly impact our children every day.
